Email info@repairsage.com with your shop's name and what you need. We answer on business days, usually the same day.

Signing in

Sign in at the Repairsage app with the email and password your shop's admin set up for you. Forgot your password? Your shop's admin can set a new one under Admin → Users.

Installing it on a phone or tablet

Open the app in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone and iPad), then choose "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen". Allow notifications in My Settings to get mentions and updates on the phone.

Importing estimates (EMS)

An admin turns EMS import on under Admin → EMS import, then connects a shop computer that can open the folder your estimating system exports EMS files to. That needs Chrome or Edge on a desktop. When the browser asks, choose "Allow on every visit". New estimates then show under "Create from EMS".

Your data

To ask for a copy of your shop's data, or for it to be deleted, email info@repairsage.com from your shop's admin account. See our privacy policy.
