Terms of service
Draft, October 2026
Draft for review. These terms haven't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and aren't final. Where a shop has a signed agreement with Repairsage, that agreement comes first.
The service
Repairsage provides a production board and related tools for collision repair shops. A shop's admin sets up its users, who use Repairsage for the shop's work.
Accounts
Each user has their own account. Keep your password private and tell your shop's admin if you think someone else has used your account. A shop is responsible for who it gives access to, and for what its users do in Repairsage.
The shop's data
Information a shop puts into Repairsage belongs to the shop. We keep it and use it only to provide Repairsage to that shop, as our privacy policy describes. A shop is responsible for having the right to put its customers' information into Repairsage, and for using it lawfully. When a shop leaves, it can ask for a copy of its data before it's deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't use Repairsage to break the law, to send messages nobody asked for, to try to reach other shops' information, or to disrupt or overload the service. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Repairsage available and secure, and we may improve or change it over time. We'll give notice of planned downtime and of changes that take away something shops rely on.
Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed with each shop.
Ending the service
A shop can stop using Repairsage at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell the shop why.
Disclaimer and liability
Repairsage is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the shop paid in the twelve months before the claim.
